Enjoy the Roof Top Plunge Pool where guests can refresh during those lazy Sun bathing days on the Terrace with extensive views to the coast and Kalkan town. Sun beds and parasols are provided and in addition there is a shower and sink unit provided.
COMMUNAL POOL
Guests at the Villa are able to enjoy the beautiful communal pool, Kalkan’s largest, only a few minutes- walk away.
It is located within the Likya Estate with bar and snack facilities (payable direct to the pool management on site). The pool is rarely used as many of the Estate houses have their own pools.
For swimming, the Likya Community pool is just around the corner. As a lot of the houses have pools, the Community facility which boasts the largest pool in Kalkan, is rarely busy.
Light snacks and drinks are available at the Bar and Sun beds and parasols are provided free of charge.

An exciting new addition to the Likya Town House is the newly built Plunge Pool situated on the Roof Terrace, for guests to refresh whilst Sun bathing and enjoying the panoramic views.

Approached by stairs from the 1st Floor, the large roof terrace has panoramic views over Kalkan and the sea.
Sun Loungers are provided and there is a shower and sink unit provided. It’s the perfect place to enjoy a pre-dinner tipple while watching dusk fall over Kalkan.
